Charlie still climbs every day with the team. Right now, he is managing teams on two sites concurrently. Charlie thinks ahead to ensure what we need in the air, is being assembled on the ground…

Charlie needed more workers to think like him so he set up a dedicated training facility in Nottinghamshire to train and certify workers for high bay & clad rack warehouses.
Now Scaling Solutions is training an army of skilled ground and aerial workers to build high bay and clad rack logistics centres all around the United Kingdom and Europe.
